24 Volt Heating Mats

The heatable mats can be operated portably with 24V vehicle power as well as with 230V AC / 24V DC power supplies. The heating of the heating surface takes place evenly and without hot spot formation. The heating power depends on input voltage and heating mat size. Heating controls are essential for a wide variety of applications and individually desired target heating, and here too we can help with a wide range of high quality techniques and heating packages. Heizteufel heating mats can be operated up to 100°C. The high heating power has the advantage that objects to be heated with large volume (bathtubs, birthing pools, oil tubs, etc.) or with large surface (metal and plastic plates, etc.) are heated very well.

The desired target temperature can be generated

• via a 24V heating control in the version of built-in, surface-mounted and enclosure controls
• with a thermostat control, either as fixed temperature control (for low-cost series use) or adjustable digital control with display (for development and research processes as well as for demanding applications).
• The heating mats are flame retardant as well as self-extinguishing, ecological, waterproof and free of allergic substances.
