With the included serial Y-adapter cable, the connector and connecting cables provide 1/4 of the maximum heat output of 12/24V battery powered or vehicle powered heated gloves or foot warmers. This type of active heat supply provides good basic heating without never getting too warm - thus eliminating the need for a heating control. However, this can be retrofitted at any time, so if a higher or adjustable heat output is desired.
