The 160 watt "potentiometer-in-line heating control" listed in the heating package comes as a flying or free-hanging housing type. It is also available with a few add-ons for mounting and installation on dashboards, panels and trim, making it ideal for setting an individual heating temperature for 7V-14V battery-powered and vehicle-powered heated gloves, foot warmers, kidney belt and seat heaters. The active heat supply is continuously adjustable and provides excellent heating even in extremely cold conditions. The heater control unit can be quickly accommodated in a small space and easily attached using double-sided adhesive tape, Velcro or cable ties. The heater control's plug-in connections and its connecting cables are all waterproof. Additional safety electronics such as reverse polarity and overvoltage protection give the controller value and durability.
