Highly flexible heating mat with carbon film and textile cover for heating a bicycle saddle
The flexible heating mat is adapted to the shape of the bicycle saddle and sewn into/onto the bicycle saddle cover for the lowest possible wear.
Heating mats made of carbon represent the innovative state of the art in the field of surface heating, they are thin (<3mm), flexible, lightweight and easy to process or attach. The heating of the heating surface takes place evenly and without hot spot formation. The heating mats comply with the legal European standard EN 60335-2-17:2004. Furthermore, the heating mat is operated portably with a Pro-Push battery pack.
The battery pack is switched on after a 2-second push of the button with the highest heating level. After two more heating levels of 75% and 50%, the heating level starts again at 100%. Switching off the heating control behaves in the same way as switching on, with a 2-second push. The heating levels are indicated by illuminating the button in the colors red - blue - green. The battery can be carried in the jacket pocket or attached to the handlebars via an extension cable.
