The 160 watt handlebar control included in the heating package is ideal for setting an individual heating power of 24V vehicle-powered heating gloves, foot warmers, kidney belt and seat heaters. The active heat delivery is continuously adjustable and provides excellent heating even in extremely cold conditions. While the potentiometer circuit is quickly and easily attached to a round handlebar by means of Velcro tape, the incorporated foam rubber provides the necessary grip against slipping when actuated, the waterproof control finds any installation position due to its very small and particularly flat design. The control switches on from 26.0V (battery protection) and switches off automatically from 25.6V (deep discharge protection). Additional safety electronics such as reverse polarity and overvoltage protection give the control unit value and durability. The plug connections to the on-board power supply and the connecting cables are also waterproof.
