14.8V / 5,000mAh battery pack "XPro-Push" with illuminated push button heating control for heating clothing.
The 14.8V / 5,000mAh LiPo battery pack comes with a waterproof push button heat control. The push button is slightly raised to provide accurate switching.
The heat output is approximately 82 watts when using a heating vest with a freshly charged battery pack and 73 watts with a nominal 14.8V battery voltage.
The battery pack is switched on and off by pressing the button for 2 seconds at the highest heating level of 100%. After two additional heat levels of 75% and 50%, the button switches the heat output back to 100%. The heating levels are reflected by illuminating the button in the colors red - green - blue.
Application examples for a heating garment
The XPro-Push battery pack is carried in the battery pocket of the heating vest in the area of the abdominal cavity.
The battery pack can also be worn in the desired position by means of the battery holder. Supply cables with different lengths and waterproof connections are offered as accessories for connection to the heating shirt.
The XPro-Push battery pack can also be used for heated gloves in very cold conditions (-30°C).
However, continuous operation at 100% heating power is not recommended, otherwise burns may occur.
Ideally, after initial heating (100% heating power), the heating control is switched down to 50% heating power after a few minutes.
The 14,8V / 5.000mAh battery pack is connected via a Y-cable with 100% heating power or a Y-cable with 25% heating power and extension cable with e.g. 2 heatable gloves.
