Heizteufel's V2A stainless steel heating plate with integrated fixed temperature thermostat control is optimally designed in terms of safety and heat as surface heating for a drawer in a doctor's office, hospital or medical as well as technical laboratory.
The heating plate is operated by means of a 12V/24V industrial power supply with 220VAC alternating current and has a minimum service life of 50,000 operating hours. Larger heating surfaces or multiple heated drawer mats can be operated using a correspondingly more powerful power supply. Incorporated into the heating plate is a thermostatic controller with a target temperature of 39°C (a different target temperature can be ordered) and very small hysteresis. The plug-in connections from the heating plate to the power supply unit are of waterproof design (IP 68). A ring eyelet guide to prevent trapped power conductors is included, and optionally a round on/off switch or a cable switch, each with a Schuko plug, complete the electrical wiring. The bottom of the sealed heating plate is made up with an insulating mat to optimize heat efficiency.
The V2A Nirosta stainless steel plate, which can be wiped clean with standard cleaning agents, provides lasting protection against oils, greases and odors. The individual size of the stainless steel heating plate is made according to the customer's requirements (see the requested dimensions at the bottom of this page), with one side no longer than 70cm (either length or depth).
The heating solutions are used in the original equipment of joineries and furnishing companies in the field of metal as well as plastic construction for drawers and shelves. In addition, the individually manufactured stainless steel heating plates are also a very good choice for retrofitting in sideboards and cabinets.
Note: For individually requested dimensions, the technical data such as heating power, power consumption and, consequently, the manufacturing price will change. The heating system for drawers is completely pre-assembled for the application and delivered as a plug-and-play solution.
Option
A stainless and acid-resistant V2A stainless steel plate Nirosta 1.4301, brushed on one side and foiled in the required dimensions, serves as a hygiene-friendly heating plate support. The V2A heating plate comes with a laminated underbody insulation and riveted cable strain relief. The result is a visually very attractive heating plate with optimal heat transfer that provides an evenly distributed, uniform temperature over the entire drawer surface.
The price offered refers to heating plates made of V2A stainless steel up to a total area of 1,600 m²/piece.
For V2A heating plates with larger heating surface and heating capacity, the higher material and manufacturing costs are calculated in graduated prices:
< 1600 cm² = 12V/60W
1600-2400 cm² = 12V/96W
2400-3200 cm² = 12V/120W
3200-4000 cm² = 24V/150W
4000-5000 cm² = 24V/200W
5000-6000 cm² = 24V/200W
