Heated full body underwear for divers "Overall-10"
Heizteufel produces a heatable full body undergarment for dry suit divers especially for diving with the aim to design as many heating zones and for decompression organically important heating areas as possible interconnected in such a way that the body zones experience an optimized and efficient heat distribution and thus contribute to a safe diving experience. The heated "Overall-10" includes 10 heating zones: Chest, abdomen, neck, shoulders, upper arms, kidneys, dorsal vertebrae, buttocks, thighs and knees. Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable Overall-10 and provide even heating without cold bridges or hot spots.
The "Overall-10" is made from the finest quality English yarn with a high bi-elastic content for the perfect fit on the body, not too tight, not too loose, simply comfortable. The extended arms as well as the long leg shape, which are so typical for Heizteufels underwear, support exemplary stretching movements at work and sports. A two-way front zipper ensures easy dressing. The overall is made even more comfortable by a one-handed pok flap, which is opened and closed by means of a zipper - the pok heating is included, while the application with pok flap is offered as an option. Optional is also an additional buttonhole for the connection to the Pee Valve (urinal valve) as well as the integration of thin, highly flexible connection cables through the sleeves and legs for the connection of gloves, socks, knee socks and insoles. Since very different body zones are addressed overall, it can make sense to fire different heating zones with 2 heating controls.
The breathable, hygiene-friendly thermal material with its elastic structure ensures a high level of wearer comfort. So that the sweat is transported away from the body, the proportion of polyester (hydrophobic) is set at 50% and processed together with the cotton in a coarse knitted form, which prevents sweating or soaking of the textile. Heizteufel's very special processing of this material mix ensures a warming, moisture-transporting and cuddly textile that is much less likely to absorb water or sweat than conventional underwear. The "Overall-10" is machine washable and quick drying.
Notes for the power supply of the Overall-10
Battery packs for Overall-10 without additional heating areas: Very powerful, waterproof battery heating packs from Heizteufel are recommended for heating. As an accessory, the PRO-DIVE-4 and X-PRO-DIVE-2-DP heating pack equipped with a non-contact diver heating control is a very good choice. The heating time is over 1:50 hours at maximum heating power and a PRO-DIVE-4 (11,1V/12Ah battery pack), at a smaller heating level with 50% heating power over 3 hours. With an X-PRO-DIVE-2-DP (14,8V/10Ah battery pack) the heating time is 1:20 hours, with 50% heating power 2:40 hours. With a Heizteufel battery pack, the increased heat losses under water are compensated very well.
Battery packs for Overall-10 with additional heating areas: If you would like to have additional heating zones for hands, feet and other body zones for the overall, we offer you a consultation for the technically necessary and correct selection of battery packs with regard to the heating power and heating duration. In addition, cable types and plug connections, but also size and weight of the battery pack as well as possible heating controls for heat regulation change with high current load. Ask us in advance for an optimal combination of your coveralls and heating package.
12V and 24V supply for Overall-10 with and without additional heating areas: The "Overall-10" can also be supplied with other voltage sources except accumulators. For most applications, 160W heating controllers with and without battery deep discharge protection are connected to 12V and 24V vehicle batteries as well as 24Volt E-mobile technology for heat regulation. For further information, please contact us beforehand, so that we can work with you to provide a heating solution that is optimal for your needs as well as for your technical possibilities.
Heating packages and diver controls worn under the dry suit
The diving heating gloves can be worn with a Heizteufel LiPo battery pack in the chest or trouser pocket under the dry suit. From the control unit, a parallel Y-cable and 2 connecting cables, either 90cm, 120cm or 180cm are used to connect to the heating gloves. The cables can be ordered under Accessories > Cables with Connectors. Furthermore, but also a possibly existing, external 12 volt battery tank can be connected. Here a cable adapter is needed to connect battery tanks and diving suit feedthroughs from Santi, BTS or Yellow. We are happy to carry out conversion work on cable systems.

Cable note: The output cable is standard at the neck, length 70cm. Upon request, we can manufacture the cable outlet in other positions.
Adapter plug note: A polarity of the connection assignment can not be guaranteed. For the technology of connected foreign systems, e.g. Santi or Yellow Diving, no liability can be assumed.
Safety note: Basically, all heating products must be operated with a heating control that can be switched on and off in order to prevent possible overheating or other dangers. In addition, the subjectively desired heating warmth is optimally adjusted with a multi-stage, adjustable heating control.
Note on chargers: The optional 16.8V/8A and 16.8V/10A chargers are designed exclusively for 14.8V battery packs with a capacity of 10Ah and higher.
For 14.8V/5Ah battery packs it remains with a 2A charger, of course 10Ah battery packs can also be charged with 2A.
The "Overall-10" is available in the following sizes and materials:
Women's size
36/S, 38-40/M, 42-44/L, 46-48/XL, 50-52/XXL. Material: 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
Men's size
44-46/S, 48-50/M, 52-54/L, 56-58/XL, 60-62/XXL. Material: 50% cotton 50% polyester.
Photo note: The heated overall-10 is produced with a 70cm long connection cable as standard, so that for overall wearers the power supply cable can be carried out as standard at the neck collar or optionally at the leg end or chest hole.

whether you want to have special body parts heated alternatively or additionally or whether cable adapters and heating controls for an already existing heating system have to be adapted. Or that our heating technology should be integrated into your clothing, be it a jacket or a coat. However, keep in mind that good craftsmanship takes time and individual wishes cannot be made in the pre-Christmas period.
The Overall-10 with integrated wiring for heated gloves and mittens as well as stockings and insoles is available as a special design on request.

The diver control unit is supplied with either V4A anchor magnet or finger ring magnet. For the ordering process with the correct size selection, we recommend that you receive an overall from us for fitting, which we will equip with our heating technology after your decision - this ensures optimal wearing comfort.
If you do not know your dress size, you can determine these measurements as follows:
- Chest circumference: place the tape measure horizontally under the armpits, back and chest elevation.
- Waist circumference: circumference of the natural belt line between the top of the hip bones and the lower ribs, measured with normal breathing, upright posture and relaxed abdomen.
- Hip circumference: Place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of the buttocks.
