Heated Functional Underwear "Overall-9" for Work, Leisure and Sports

Heizteufel delivers whole-body heating with the goal of networking as many heating zones as possible in such a way that the body zones experience optimized and efficient heat distribution, contributing to a great heating experience.

The heatable "Overall-9" includes 9 heating zones: Chest, neck, shoulder, upper arms, kidneys, back vertebrae, buttocks, thighs and knees. Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable Overall-9 and deliver even heating without cold bridges or hot spots.

The "Overall-9" is made from the finest quality English yarn with a high bi-elastic content for the perfect fit on the body, not too tight, not too loose, simply comfortable. The extended arms as well as the long leg shape, which are so typical for Heizteufels underwear, support exemplary stretching movements at work and sports. A two-way front zipper ensures easy dressing. The coverall gets an additional wearing comfort with a one-handed pok flap, which is opened and closed by means of a zipper - the butt heating is included, the application with pok flap, however, is offered optionally. There is also an optional integration of thin, highly flexible connection cables through the sleeves and legs for the purpose of connecting gloves, socks, knee socks and insoles. Since very different body zones are addressed overall, it can make sense to use 2 heating controls to fire different heating zones. The breathable, hygiene-friendly thermal material with its elastic structure ensures a high level of wearer comfort.  The "Overall-9" is machine-washable and quick-drying.

Notes for the power supply of the Overall-9

Battery packs for Overall-9 without additional heating areas:  Very powerful and particularly safe battery packs from Heizteufel are recommended for heating. Thus, as an accessory, the PRO-PUSH-2-DP battery heating pack equipped with an illuminated push button is a very good choice for the wet and cold winter. For temperatures above -20°C and for longer heating durations, the X-PRO-2-DP would be very professional equipment. The heating duration is about 1:20 hours at maximum heating power, and up to 2:40 hours at low heating level. A doubling of the heating duration is achieved with the PRO-PUSH-4-DP heating package as a double accupack version.

Battery packs for Overall-9 with additional heating zones:  If you would like to have additional heating zones for the overall for hands, feet and other body zones, we offer you advice on the technically necessary and correct selection of battery packs with regard to heating power and heating duration. In addition, cable types and plug connections, but also size and weight of the battery pack as well as possible heating controls for heat regulation change with high current load. Ask us in advance for an optimal composition of your coverall and heating package.

12V and 24V supply for Overall-9 with and without additional heating areas:  The "Overall-9" can also be powered by other voltage sources except batteries. For most applications, 160W heating controllers with and without battery deep discharge protection are connected to 12V and 24V vehicle batteries as well as 24Volt e-mobile technology for heat regulation. For further information, please contact us beforehand, so that we can work with you to provide a heating solution that is optimal for your needs and technical possibilities.

Note about the chargers:  The optional 16.8V/8A and 16.8V/10A chargers are exclusively designed for 14.8V battery packs with a capacity of 10Ah and higher.
For 14.8V/5Ah battery packs it remains with a 2A charger, of course 10Ah battery packs can also be charged with 2A.

    36/S, 38-40/M, 42-44/L, 46-48/XL, 50-52/XXL. Material: 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
   
Men's size
   44-46/S, 48-50/M, 52-54/L, 56-58/XL, 60-62/XXL. Material: 50% cotton 50% polyester.
 
Photo note: The heated Overall-9 is manufactured with an 80cm connection cable as standard, so for coverall wearers the power supply cable can be carried out on the waistband as standard or optionally on the neck collar if the battery is to be carried in a belt clip pocket, trouser pocket or jacket pocket.

be it that you would like to have special body parts heated alternatively or additionally, or that cable adapters and heating controls have to be adapted for an already existing heating system. Or that our heating technology should be integrated into your clothing, be it a jacket or a coat. Send us a detailed description of your request, preferably with a drawing of what and how you would like to have it. However, please keep in mind that good craftsmanship takes time and individual wishes cannot be made in the pre-Christmas period.

The Overall-9 with integrated wiring for heated gloves and mittens as well as stockings and insoles is available as a special design on request.

Common use cases include:

• Work in cold rooms (climate chamber and cold room, office and exhibition halls, construction trailers) and outdoors (in the marketplace, in agriculture and forestry, in object and guard protection)
• Sports (motorcycling and snowmobiling, fishing, horseback riding and paragliding, technical diving, sailing and windsurfing, hiking and camping, as a spectator in the stadium and for athletes on the cold and drafty bench to protect against strains and pulls)

• Chest circumference: Place the tape measure horizontally under the armpits, back and chest elevation.
• Waist circumference: circumference of the natural belt line between the top of the hip bones and the lower ribs, measured with normal breathing, upright posture and relaxed abdomen. 
• Hip circumference: Place the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of the buttocks.
