The modern heated kidney belt "neoBelt" is made of an elastic, hygiene-friendly and anti-allergic neoprene and is worn as underwear or as outerwear. People in need of warmth at work, during leisure time and sports will experience the "neoBelt" kidney belt as a permanent companion. The ergonomic cut and soft neoprene hug the body shape very well. The evenly distributed, highly flexible heating wires warm the lumbar and kidney areas. The wide Velcro fastener provides an ideal hold. The heating kidney belt is washable.
The kidney belt is often used by:
- Motorcycle, quad and snowmobile riders by means of an on-board power supply, be it a handlebar control or built-in heating control.
- Wheelchair and e-mobile drivers who use a battery pack as a power source or tap into the e-mobile battery with an XLR plug
- Office and warehouse workers, as well as those at sales booths who have a nearby power outlet or use a battery pack to power the kidney belt
The kidney belt is powered by a very powerful as well as valuable LiPo battery technology, which provides three heating power levels by means of a manually operated push button heating control "Push": 100% - 75% - 50% in the colors red - blue - green. Thus, the heating power and heating temperature can be adjusted well and quickly to the subjective heat sensation. This is important for people who are sensitive to cold and especially to heat, who change from cold, possibly windy moments to warmer windless areas and vice versa. It also prevents sweating in cold environments. Depending on the heating time, a battery heating pack with one battery or battery double pack in the PRO-PUSH version is recommended, e.g. 3-9011-PRO-1 with one battery or 3-9011-PRO-2 with 2 battery packs or assembled as a battery double pack.
The kidney belt can also be conveniently connected to 12V vehicle power by means of a heater control and a so-called cigarette lighter. Upon request, we can also manufacture the kidney belt for 24V vehicle power. Also the operation at home at a 220V socket is possible without any problems via a small power supply unit.
