Heizteufels heatable perforated plate with a digitally adjustable temperature is designed as a room or volume heating for cabinets, drawer and devices or a medical as well as technical laboratory optimally in terms of safety and heat.
The digital, adjustable thermostat enables temperature-accurate heating of items to be heated, which must work very precisely in a small temperature window and avoid temperature fluctuations. With the accuracy of 1°C, the temperature control range can be set from -50°C to +110°C. To avoid operating errors by third parties, an upper and lower heat limit can be set. The control thermostat allows switching voltages of 12V, 24V, 48V and 110/220V. The operating voltage supply is model dependent and available for 12VDC, 24VDC and 220VAC applications. The plug-in connections from the heater plate to the digital thermostat and power supply are waterproof (IP 67). A ring eyelet guide to prevent pinched power conductors is included, and a round on/off switch or cable switch with Schuko plug complete the electrical wiring as options. The bottom of the sealed heating plate is finished with an insulating mat to optimize heat efficiency.
The heating plate, which can be wiped clean with standard cleaning agents, provides lasting protection against oils, greases and odors. The individual size of the perforated plates is made according to the customer's requirements (see the requested dimensions at the bottom of this page). One side must not be longer than 70cm (either length or depth).
The heating solutions are used in the original equipment of joineries and furnishing companies from the field of metal as well as plastic construction for cabinets, drawers and devices. In addition, the individually manufactured perforated plates are also a very good choice for retrofitting in sideboards and tall cabinets.
Note: For individually requested dimensions, the technical data such as heating power, power consumption and, consequently, the manufacturing price will change. The heating system for drawers is completely pre-assembled for the application and delivered as a plug-and-play solution.
Option
An aluminum plate in the required dimensions serves as a hygiene-friendly perforated plate support. The result is a visually very attractive heating plate with optimum heat transfer, which provides an evenly distributed, uniform temperature over the entire heating surface. If required, the perforated plate can be supplied with individual or several fans in combination.
The offered price refers to perforated aluminum sheets up to a total area of 1,600 m²/piece.
For heatable perforated sheets with larger heating area and heating power, the higher material and manufacturing costs are calculated in graduated prices:
< 1600 cm² = 12V/90W
1600-2400 cm² = 12V/120W
2400-3200 cm² = 24V/150W
3200-4000 cm² = 24V/240W
4000-5000 cm² = 24V/400W
5000-6000 cm² = 24V/800W

- a secure cable guide that prevents the cable from getting caught when the drawer is pushed in
