The heated underpants "classicShorty" provides pleasant warming of the buttocks and prevents cooling on cold seat pads. The buttocks warming is for the friend of outdoor activities a very helpful and useful warming product for on the road, camping or sports activities.

Extending the shorty heating to additionally the abdomen and crotch furthermore relieves pain and urinary urgency associated with cold-related bladder and abdominal problems. Muscular tension in connection with sudden urge to urinate occurs especially in cold air or cold sitting. A soothing and immediately effective remedy is provided by heating warmth that extends like a sandwich over both sides of the lower body: starting from the abdomen and passing through the perineum to the upper buttocks. In order to have the heat always with you, the "classicShorty" is fired by a powerful battery pack. A 3-stage push-button heat control "Push" provides the individual heat setting.

Heating zones: Buttocks and in the extension with abdomen and perineumVery thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable shorty and provide even heating without cold bridges or hot spots. The "classicShorty" is made from the finest quality English yarn with a high bi-elastic viscose content for the perfect fit on the body, not too tight, not too loose, simply comfortable even during stretching movements and intensive body activities. The high body shape of the shorty also prevents cold bridges at the back and supports dressing. The breathable, hygiene-friendly thermal material with its elastic structure ensures, in addition to a high wearing comfort, that sweat is transported away from the body. Thus, the proportion of polyester (hydrophobic) is set at 50% and processed together with the viscose in a coarse knitted form, which prevents sweating or soaking of the textile. Heizteufel's very special processing of this material mix ensures a warming, moisture-transporting and cuddly textile that is much less likely to absorb water or sweat than conventional underwear. The "classicShorty" is machine-washable and quick-drying.

For heating, the very powerful and particularly safe battery packs from Heizteufel are recommended. Thus, as an accessory, the PRO-PUSH-1 battery heating pack equipped with an illuminated push button is a very good choice. The heating duration is a good 4 hours at maximum heating power for the buttocks, and up to 8 hours at a low heating level. In the extended heating form with abdomen and perineum, the heating duration is 2 hours at the highest heating level and 4 hours at 50% heating power. A doubling of the heating duration is achieved with the PRO-PUSH-2-DP heating package as a double accupack version.
The use of the "classicShorty" is also possible with other voltage sources. For a 12V, 13.8V and 24V technology Heizteufel offers a variety of wiring and heating control systems that meet the versatile application requirements thanks to the latest heating technology.

Note for the pushbutton heating control "Push" in the battery pack:The battery pack is switched on after pressing the button for 2 seconds with the highest heating level. After two further heating levels of 75% and 50%, the heating level starts again at 100%. The heating control is switched off with a 2-second push. The heating levels are reflected with an illumination of the pushbutton in the colors red - blue - green.

Cable Note: The output cable is standard at the hem of the left waist, the length is 70cm and sufficient to carry the battery in your pants or jacket pocket. You can also order a very valuable belt pouch or battery clip pouch as accessories. 

Safety note: Basically, all heating products must be operated with an adjustable heating control to prevent possible overheating or other hazards. In addition, the subjectively desired heating warmth is optimally adjusted with a multi-stage heating control.

Notes on safety and washing:

Heizteufel heating technology has a long service life of more than 10 years, is highly flexible with more than 1,000,000 bends, and is tear- and cut-resistant as well as resistant to body welding. This means that the heating technology is also subject to highly demanding requirements. Whereas heating systems with heating yarns or heating foils can not only lead to failures in the heating areas and thus the loss of heating, but also to short circuits and burns. You can wash the underwear at 30°degrees with a wash bag in the washing machine or by hand, hang wet and let dry.

Provision of a personal garment for the production of a heating garment
Provisions of clothing will be charged with 30,- Euro handling fee per order, because there is a significant additional expenditure of working time compared to our webshop stock, starting with the incoming goods inspection, a production-oriented material inspection and quality recording up to the production as well as the insurance as well as transport legal responsibility. For this purpose, the customer can mark the desired heating zones on the provided material, which will be taken into account when preparing the offer.
