Heated Underwear "blasenShorty" 

The heated underpants "blasenShorty"  is fired by a powerful battery pack. A 3-stage push-button heat control "Push" provides the individual heat setting.

Heating Zones: Lower Abdomen, Buttocks and Perineum

Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated in the completely washable underpants and provide even heating without cold bridges or hot spots. The "blasenShorty" is made of a breathable, skin-friendly and pleasantly soft thermal material. With its elastic structure, it ensures an excellent fit and shape retention. The "blasenShorty" is machine washable and quick drying. The briefs are supplied as standard with an 80cm long connection cable. You can carry the batteries in your pants or jacket pocket due to the long cable. You can also order a very valuable belt bag or battery clip bag as an accessory.

For heating, the very powerful and particularly safe battery packs from Heizteufel are recommended. Thus, as an accessory, the PRO-PUSH-1 battery heating pack equipped with an illuminated push button is a very good choice. The heating duration is about 4¼ hours at maximum heating power of 2 heating zones, and up to 8½ hours at low heating level. A doubling of the heating duration is achieved with the PRO-PUSH-2 heating package, also available as a double battery pack version PRO-PUSH-2/DP. 
 

Note for the Push-Button Heating Control "Push" in the Battery Pack:

The battery pack is switched on after pressing the button for 2 seconds with the highest heating level. After two further heating levels of 75% and 50%, the heating level starts again at 100%. The heating control is switched off with a 2-second push. The heating stages are reflected with an illumination of the button in the colors red - blue - green.
 

Note for Further "blasenShorty" Applications:

As a German manufacturer, Heizteufel can also make individual changes to its heated clothing and respond to special customer requests that may have health-related causes. For example, heating the buttocks or thighs are among the special requests.

The use of the "blasenShorty" is also possible with other voltage sources. For a 12V, 13.8V and 24V technology Heizteufel offers a variety of wiring and heating control systems that meet the versatile application needs thanks to the latest heating technology.

be it that you would like to have special body parts heated alternatively or additionally, or that cable adapters and heating controls have to be adapted for an already existing heating system. Or that our heating technology should be integrated into your clothing, be it a jacket or a coat. Send us a detailed description of your request, preferably with a drawing of what and how you would like to have it. However, please keep in mind that good craftsmanship takes time and individual wishes cannot be made in the pre-Christmas period.

Notes on Safety and Washing:

Heizteufel heating technology has a long service life of more than 10 years, is highly flexible with more than 1,000,000 bends, and is tear- and cut-resistant as well as resistant to body welding. This means that the heating technology is also subject to highly demanding requirements. Whereas heating systems with heating yarns or heating foils can not only lead to failures in the heating areas and thus the loss of heating, but also to short circuits and burns. You can wash the underwear at 30°degrees with a wash bag in the washing machine or by hand, hang wet and let dry.

• Sports (motorcycling, snowmobiling, fishing, horseback riding and paragliding, technical diving, sailing and windsurfing, hiking and camping, as a spectator in the stadium and for athletes on the cold and drafty bench to protect against tension and strains)

Heating Values and Heating Duration

Provision of a Personal Clothing Textile for the Manufacture of a Heating Garment

Provisions of clothing will be charged with 30,- Euro handling fee per order, because there is a significant additional expenditure of working time compared to our webshop stock, starting with the incoming goods inspection, a production-oriented material inspection and quality recording up to the production as well as the insurance and transport legal responsibility. For this purpose, the customer can mark the desired heating zones on the provided material, which will be taken into account when preparing the offer. Please fill out the service order.

Application for Assumption of Costs for Aids by the Health Insurance Company

• First, talk to your health insurance company about the process of applying for your request.
• The aid is usually prescribed by doctors. It makes sense that a detailed justification is described why the heated slip sack is absolutely necessary as an aid.
• If the prescription specifies the zones to be heated and the heating duration, Heizteufel can prepare a concrete cost estimate for you - but this is not possible without a prescription.
• With the doctor's prescription and the cost estimate, you can apply to the statutory health insurance for the cost of the aids mentioned. Wait for a certificate or cost coverage from the health insurance company before placing an order. 
• In some cases, other cost units may also be eligible, e.g. for occupational rehabilitation.
