Heizteufel offer their customers individual solutions of heating tapes. From serial production to special production for research purposes, specific requirements for the respective heating solutions are taken into account. The heating tapes are up to 10cm wide and have the length up to 150cm or X times of it. The temperature spectrum goes from de-icing, frost protection and dew point heating up to heating of components around 100°C (e.g. 3D printers). The heating tapes are usually equipped with a one-sided self-adhesive surface to keep installation as simple as possible and to ensure optimum heat transfer.

Electronic components, sensors, camera and video lenses, barcode readers and printers in cold storage, water pipes and fittings, water clocks, gutters, music equipment, metal and stone stair landings, freezer access doors and gates, animal and food transport boxes.
Appropriate power supplies are supplied with the heating tapes, e.g. high-quality battery packs from 3.7V to 22.8V and professional power supplies from 12V to 48V DC.
Furthermore, you can choose between fixed temperature and digitally adjustable thermostat controls as well as between heating controls for surface mounting or integration, adjustable by potentiometer, push button or contactless.
