The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
The delivery of the goods is worldwide.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping costs including value added tax

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 5,99 € per order.

From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:

Pallets are shipped by freight forwarding	from 90,- Euro

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Switzerland	16,- Euro
Netherlands	12,- Euro
Belgium	12,- Euro

Denmark	12,- Euro

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) to foreign countries, we charge as follows:

Pallets are sent by forwarding agency	from 90,- Euro

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery of download products:

For download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier) there are no shipping costs. Download products will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 7-30 working days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will take place within 3-10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-30 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The minimum order value is: 20 €.

Returns from third countries

If purchased and paid goods are returned because of extensions, modification, repair, fitting, testing, return if not satisfied, then the following must be attached to the package or letter:

Customs form CN22 (up to 150,- Euro value of goods), CN23 (from 150,- to 1.000,- Euro value of goods)
Purchase invoice with proof of payment
RMA service bill with all data about the reason of return

Without this information a simple customs handling and shipment forwarding is not possible. If this shipment information is missing, customs and handling fees of 40,- Euro will be charged or in case of customs inspection of the goods an additional 60,- Euro. However, the shipment can also be returned to the sender if the fees, documents and information are not provided. We point out: Without a proper delivery a service order is not feasible.
