Heizteufels heated vest "Dive Vest" warms effectively and evenly the front and back of the upper body: from the chest to the shoulders and the complete back from the top down to the kidneys. The Dive Vest consists of a thermofixed, very flexible outer quilted lining in excellent product quality. The inside of the vest is equipped with a smooth jersey. Very thin, highly flexible heating wires are permanently incorporated into the completely washable vest. With 4 webbing straps, you can customize your vest to fit your body. In addition, you can also remove the crotch part and thus use the vest outside the water super. Our Heizteufel power battery packs provide a high, as evenly distributed heating of the body zones, without cold bridges and hot spots, even in very cold weather.
The heating vest can be washed at 30°Grad in the washing machine, preferably in a wash bag or by hand. Use the wool wash cycle, but do not use fabric softener !
The heating is done by means of very powerful, lightweight and particularly safe LiPo battery packs, which Heizteufel confects and checks individually before sale. For the particularly large heating surfaces, battery packs with large capacity and high operating voltage are recommended. Thus, as an accessory, the battery heating pack "XPro-Dive-Touch-2k" equipped with a diver control is a very good choice. The heating time is approx. 67 minutes at maximum heating power of 100% and approx. 135 minutes at low heating power of 50%. Heizteufel's "Dive Vest" can also be powered by the following voltage sources as an alternative to battery packs: 12V-15V battery or vehicle power, optionally 24V on request. A variety of heating controls and wiring options are offered to meet their versatile application needs thanks to the latest heating technology.
Heating packs and diver controls worn under the drysuit.
The diving heating gloves can be worn with a Heizteufel LiPo battery pack in the chest or trouser pocket under the dry suit. From the control unit, a parallel Y-cable and 2 connecting cables, either 90cm, 120cm or 180cm are used to connect to the heating gloves. The cables can be ordered under Accessories > Cables with Connectors.
Furthermore, but also a possibly existing, external 12 volt battery tank can be connected. Here a cable adapter is needed to connect battery tanks and diving suit feedthroughs from Santi, BTS or Yellow. We are happy to carry out conversion work on cable systems.

Cable note: The output cable is standard left-bottom, length 70cm. On request, we can make the cable outlet left-top (near nipple), length 30cm.
Adapter plug note: A polarity of the connection assignment can not be guaranteed. For the technology of connected foreign systems, e.g. Santi or Yellow Diving, no liability can be taken over.
Safety note: Basically, all heating products must be operated with a heating control that can be switched on and off in order to prevent possible overheating or other dangers. In addition, the subjectively desired heating warmth is optimally adjusted with a multi-stage, adjustable heating control.
Note about the chargers: The optional 16.8V/8A and 16.8V/10A chargers are designed exclusively for 14.8V battery packs with a capacity of 10Ah and higher.
For 14.8V/5Ah battery packs it remains with a 2A charger, of course 10Ah battery packs can also be charged with 2A.
