The very powerful thermostatic controller "AllTherm 39" allows a wide range of applications for professional use. Thus, the voltage range from 6V to 15V DC, the particularly small size at high current load and the factory-adjustable measuring and switching values are of very high benefit. Particularly noteworthy are the safety features specifically required for critical operating applications for heating human bodies or technical objects, these include:
- the thermo sensor protection electronics switches off the heating in case of missing or faulty temperature sensor
- the integrated watchdog protects against failure of the control by an automatic reset
- the self-diagnosis of the control is visually indicated by the built-in LED
In addition to the special safety features, there are short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, high resistance to interference radiation and water resistance (IP67). "AllTherm 39" is shock and vibration resistant and designed for 24/7 continuous operation.
Delivery standard
Unless otherwise requested, "AllTherm 39" is delivered with 39°C target temperature, a hysteresis of 1°C, a temperature foil sensor and a wiring with open strands of 30cm.
Optional, freely selectable configuration
For your special applications you can order the following factory settings:
Temperature: 10°C - 99°C (1°C steps)
Hysteresis: 10°C - 99°C (1°C steps)
Switching load: If a continuous load of > 8A is necessary, you can clarify this in advance with us by mail or phone.
In our example for bathtubs, massage tables, drawer heaters, birthing pools and a variety of heating garments, the target temperature is 39°C. Technical thermostat applications allow heat-accurate heating of heating basins, plate heat exchangers and control cabinets, seat heaters and heating couches, enclosures for electronics, medicines and food boxes, accumulators, batteries, and many others.
